Candidates selected for training programs undergo several months of intensive classroom training and on-the-job professional training focusing on various technologies, including Software Development and Application Development. Our unique Training & Placement Solutions are not just for fresher's (IT/Non-IT Engineering graduates) but also for Science Graduates and candidates looking to revive their career after sabbatical or for women / housewives who want to resume their careers after a break. The program’s aim is to skill them on various KUNCHAM TPS Technologies platforms and prepare them for careers in KUNCHAM Group. The program fees and duration vary for each of the programs.

At KUNCHAM TPS we have multiple Training and Placement Solutions aimed at Degree / Engineering / Post Graduates. These are unique training and employment programs aimed at accelerating the career path of aspiring candidates. The candidates selected for the Training and Placement Solutions receive training for several months (part of the training in the classroom) and the successful completion of the training program, the participants are located in KUNCHAM Group.

Candidates selected for Training & Placement Solutions for Degree / Engineering / Post Graduates are trained for 6 months (Classroom Training & Professional Practice Term Training) at KUNCHAM TPS.

Yes, The training program requires candidates to access online learning contents, e-learning tools and undergo online assessments, thus making it mandatory for candidates to carry their own laptops.

Our training programs are delivered using a combination of training provided by an instructor in the classroom, as well as e-learning modules and practical practices on the concepts taught. Soft skills training follows an activities-based learning approach. Candidates also have the opportunity to learn from industry experts through invited conferences.
